Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- You must initiate your return request within 15 days of receiving your order
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required
Note on Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Cleaning & Janitorial products and Matting and Flooring items that have been unsealed or used. Custom-made products like Freestanding Partition Screens with specific measurements are also non-returnable unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service
Email our support team at [email protected] with your return/exchange request. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, our team will:
- Confirm your return/exchange eligibility
- Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Send return shipping instructions if applicable
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
For returns (not exchanges):
- Repackage items securely in original packaging
- Include all original accessories and documentation
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- We will process your refund within 5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

- Provide photos of the damaged item/incorrect shipment
- We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the item using a prepaid shipping label
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will be issued in GBP – currency conversion differences may occur
