If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward returns and exchanges policy makes it easy to resolve.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
  • You must initiate your return request within 15 days of receiving your order
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required

Note on Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Cleaning & Janitorial products and Matting and Flooring items that have been unsealed or used. Custom-made products like Freestanding Partition Screens with specific measurements are also non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

  • The item(s) you wish to return/exchange

  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our team will:

  • Confirm your return/exchange eligibility
  • Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Send return shipping instructions if applicable

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

For returns (not exchanges):

  • Repackage items securely in original packaging
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • We will process your refund within 5 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
    • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days to appear on your statement
    • PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours
  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:

  • Provide photos of the damaged item/incorrect shipment
  • We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the item using a prepaid shipping label

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued in GBP – currency conversion differences may occur
