Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95) – Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping – Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). Customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery times may vary based on destination country customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our office partitions, screens, and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward returns process makes it easy.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Valid proof of purchase (order number) required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Cleaning & Janitorial products that have been unsealed or used
  • Matting and Flooring items that have been unsealed or installed
  • Custom-made products like Freestanding Partition Screens with specific measurements (unless faulty)

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we will:

  • Confirm your eligibility
  • Provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Send shipping instructions if applicable

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

For returns (not exchanges):

  • Repackage items securely in original packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation
  • Mark the RMA number clearly on the package

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to our error)

Exchange Process

  • Replacement item ships after we receive your return
